Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang in The Muny Opera. She received her cumlaude degree from The University of Missouri Columbia with a degree in Communications and Theatre. Following her move to Los Angeles, she became involved with theater arts and started acting and choreographing roles for more than twenty-one musicals and plays including The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's prize-winning Storybook Theatre. As she continued to learn the art of improvisation in The Groundlings and becoming a company member of Theatre West Kelly also started landing roles on television and film. Kelly has an unique voice, and her petite stature makes her able to perform a range of roles. Her most well-known role is her performance alongside Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is also more commonly recognized for the glamorous bright receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Between 2011 and 2015, Kelly was a paralegal during the day and a party hopper in the evening as a series Regular in the TV Land show The Exes. She was also a Regular as the sassy, sexpert baby sister of Alyssa Milano in the ABC show Romantically Challenged as well as the suburban mom who was stressed in the CW's No Tomorrow. Her soprano voice has been used in several animated series such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In the last few years, she has been in the role of the slow but charming Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. Her private life is quiet. She loves spending time with her loved ones, including two small children.
